1. Alegria Clog by PG Lite – For both comfort & fashion, these shoes are my favorite shoes on the HealthyFeetStore.com website. The cushioning is amazing and the footbed has just the right amount of arch support. The colors available are also lots of fun and they are continually changing to keep the look current and fashionable. I have the Gunmetal Silver, Chocolate Patent (no longer available), Red Scribble, and White Patent (no longer available) and am eagerly awaiting the sandals due out this spring!

2. Orthotic Sandal Flip Flops – Living in Southern California , flip flops are part of my wardrobe year round. Although I do occasionally wear flip flops to work, more often these are the shoes I put on when I get home from work or wear all weekend. I pronate slightly so wearing normal flip flops hurts my feet and knees. The OS flip flop has a small wedge on the inside that keeps my feet from pronating. They also have lots of cushioning. I have the black with diamonds & the brown with the flower styles.

3. DPM Cream – Wearing sandals and living in a dry climate, my feet & heels get very dry. This cream is the best there is available. I recommend only using it at bedtime. It’s too sticky to use during the day or morning unless you are wearing socks.

Although I haven’t tried them myself, my kids (a 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter) look super cute in their Keen Kids Targhees. The both love them and wear them all the time. I am very impressed with how well these are constructed. They have a nice wide toe box and the footbed is impressive compared to retail kid’s shoes.

1. Gilden Tree Terra Cotta Footscrubber – I’m not sure which I like better, how smooth my feet feel after using the Gilden Tree Footscrubber or the good feeling I get when I think about the women and children in Pakistan who are buying food and learning to read and write with the money I spent on the product. When it comes to the relationship between the people who produce consumer goods and the people who buy them it seems like you don’t get many purely win-win situations. I love this product and I hope will sell a million of them!

2. Klogs Portofino – When Klogs first got the ok from our podiatrist and our pedorthist to be added to the site I wasn’t hugely excited about the shoes, but when the owners of Klogs offered to give the office staff each a sample pair I wasn’t about to refuse. I figured I’d try them on to test them for myself and then maybe give them to my mom or one of my aunts. That’s was before I tried them on. Now you’d have to pry them off my cold dead feet before I’d give them up. Not only are they my most comfortable pair of shoes, but they are much more stylish than they seem from the pictures. I can wear them with jeans or khaki pants and several friends have asked me where they can get a pair. I own the cranberry smooth leather Klogs Portofino if you’re curious.

3. Woodlore Aromatic Cedar Shoe Fresh Inserts – The main selling point of this product is the incredible fresh cedar smell. I bought one for my smelly walking shoes and not only does it keep the shoes smelling fresh, but the smell is so strong it makes the whole entry way of my apartment smell good. So I also got one for my desk because even when you love your job, when you sit at a computer for eight hours a day you can long for the great outdoors and the I’ve never found a potpourri or scented candle that captures that camping in the middle of nowhere smell as effectively. Inhale deeply…. so relaxing… ok, back to work.
